Unit 4 – Communication Styles
In the fourth and final unit of the course, focus turns to both the creation of a strong self-image and an exploration of effective techniques for both delivering a message and being heard in a working environment. Candidates are also introduced to the assertiveness formula and the role it plays in effective workplace communications.
