As the disabled community continues to grow exponentially on a global basis, many businesses are entirely missing out on an extraordinarily valuable and often undervalued pool of talent. Unemployment and underemployment among the disabled community remain in a state of total and unacceptable imbalance, irrespective of worldwide efforts to increase diversity and equality in the workplace.
